Turnaround time:
We ship our orders as quickly as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products please allow the following lead times for the artist to produce them:
- Photo Prints: 2 business days
- Candles and Cards: 2 business days
- Giclee Prints: 14 business days
Returns
We have high confidence in our products! We do accept returns (for refund or exchange) in the following situations:
- Package contents are not correct
- Item is not as described/expected
